How much assistance may be available?

How is assistance paid?

Direct payment to a landlord, utility company, repair provider, or other vendor is used whenever practical.

Can a household receive help more than once?

The standard policy is one qualifying crisis per household in a rolling 12-month period.

What information will be needed?

Start with your name, contact information, and a brief general description. If review proceeds, we will explain the verification needed and how to provide it. Do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, medical records, or identity documents through the general contact form.
